House of Forever Bloom endeavors to provide excellent customer service and answer any questions you may have in a timely manner. Please email us with any queries.
Payments are accepted via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Please be advised that you can pay with credit card via PayPal and do not require a PayPal account.
We deliver to residential and commercial addresses as well as hospitals and workplaces.
If the recipient is not available, the roses will be left with reception (if applicable) or with another person at the address.
If no one is at the premises, unless given instruction or advised to leave behind by the sender.
We do not accept any liability for delayed deliveries caused by any third party or by fire, flood or mechanical breakdown.
We do not accept any liability for incorrect postcodes or house names or numbers leading to deliveries to incorrect addresses.
Please choose carefully as we will not be able to offer refund or exchange on any House of Forever Bloom Arrangements due to simple change of mind or failure to observe shipping information.
Our floral arrangements are made to order and for this reason are exempt from being returned and refunded.
